Cake Batter:
1 can sweetened condensed milk (about 395 g)
1 can evaporated milk (or regular milk)
1 cup coconut milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup grated coconut (optional but recommended)
1 tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
For Greasing:
Butter or oil
A little flour or sugar
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease and lightly flour a baking dish or cake pan.
Step 2: Blend the Batter
In a blender, add condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, eggs, and melted butter.
Blend until smooth.
Step 3: Add Dry Ingredients
Add flour, sugar, salt, and grated coconut.
Blend again until well combined.
Finally, add baking powder and pulse briefly.
Step 4: Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until golden on top and set in the center.
Step 5: Cool
Let the cake cool before slicing.
It will firm up slightly as it cools, giving a creamy, custard-like texture.

Add ½ cup cream or cream cheese for a richer texture.
