Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches

Directions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer qto paper towels.
  2. Lightly butter the bread and toast in the same pan until golden; set aside.
  3. Add a little butter or oil to the pan and fry the eggs to your preferred doneness. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each piece of toast, then top with a hot egg so the cheese melts.
  5. Add bacon on top of the egg, close the sandwiches, and serve warm.
