🍽️ Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces for easier stuffing.
  3. Separate the biscuits and flatten each one into a 4-inch circle.
  4. Place about 1–2 tablespoons of apple filling in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Pull the edges up and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Brush each biscuit bomb with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. While still warm, brush with a little more melted butter and roll each biscuit bomb in the cinnamon sugar.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. Add more milk if needed for a drizzling consistency.
  10. Drizzle the glaze over the warm biscuit bombs. For an extra indulgent treat, drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
